Mike focuses on employee benefits. He works with mid market employers, helping them to construct the most cost effective programs for their employees. Mike knows that strong employers need to manage their benefit dollars precisely and also ensure that their programs attract and retain the best employees.

In addition to brokering insurance products, much of Mike's time is spent constructing and administering alternative funding arrangements for small employers. Mike has achieved much success helping strong employers embrace safe and innovative funding models, including the Shared Funding program.

Mike Barrett is a native Clevelander who joined the insurance industry in 1999. Prior to joining the industry, he taught high school and university level humanities on the east coast.
